Phil Dykstra is the Chief Scientist of WareOnEarth Communications Inc. He works on high
performance networking and computer security. He represents the Defense
Research and Engineering network on the Joint Engineering Team (JET)
which coordinates U.S. Federal networking, the NGI, and Internet2 programs.
